Upcoming projects and events in 2024:
-Inspection Violation Process to start August 1, 2024. Will be done by Cedar Management.
-Back To School Community Event- August 17, 2024 (10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.) A day of fun, food, and games at the Neighborhood Park. Book bags and school supplies will be gifted to our neighborhood children (Pre-K - Middle School).
- Annual Community Meeting - October 1, 2024 (6:30 pm- 8:00 pm) Hickory Grove Recreation Center, 6709 Pence Road, Charlotte, NC 28215
- Speed Bumps - Communication from Department of Transportation sent to residents on Gera Emma Drive that there was no opposition, Speed Bumps will be installed soon.

Rejuvenation Day - Community Clean Up May 18, 2024
Contracted with new lawn care company - Good Green Lawn Care Inc. (July 1, 2024)
New Web site for our Community
Basketball/Tennis Courts cleaned
Gates placed at 3 park entrances to the walking trails (July 6, 2024)
New Portal for Neighbors via Cedar Management - Vantaca
2 trees fell in the Park and were rapidly cleaned up
Entrances Decorated with seasonal/holiday themes
